Where to Find Troll Bogeys

Troll Bogeys can either be bought from vendors or looted from the defeated Trolls. Troll Bogeys will be a valuable ingredient for Potions. If you want to buy them directly, you can find Troll Bogeys at the J.Pippins Potions shop in Hogsmeade. The shop carries 5 Troll Bogeys, sold for 100each. Note that the store inventory will rest in its entirety after some time has passed.

The second option is a lot harder than the first one — it will require you to go Troll hunting! Trolls are formidable foes that can be encountered in Troll Lairs, scattered throughout the map. Each Troll will drop around 5 Troll Bogeys, although the number is not always the same.
