The case that opens the game, Batman’s Last Case involves figuring out why Batman was investigating Kirk Langstrom. The case eventually leads to Harley Quinn and Blackgate Penitentiary, with Talia al Ghul also making an appearance along the way.

These are introductory missions, and so contain a few tutorials — they also feature less combat, especially the first few missions. The focus instead is on learning the game’s mechanics, and getting comfortable with the overall flow of cases.
