if i complete the game with one character will i get the knighthood suit for all of them or just for the character i finished the game with?
Once you complete the game, you get the Knighthood Suit for all characters, thankfully!
Is it a suit or a transmog
It is a transmod and, because of how it is acquired, it can never be customized: instead, it will always be black with colored accents.
