Received from White-Faced VarrÃ© outside the Rose Church after returning to him with the Lord of Blood’s Favor (Dyed) as part of his second and final quest. Interact with him one more time after receiving the Bloody Finger, and he will give you this item, warning you not to use it until the time is right.
