Ready to take your Skill Trees to the next level? This guide will walk you through the Knighthood Challenges you will need to complete in order to unlock the fourth and final Skill Tree for each of your characters.
This is something you can complete relatively early in the game, and it’s definitely something you should consider at least for your most played character: the Knighthood Skill Tree can make a lot of difference for you in combat (after all, it’s designed as a final upgrade for your universally strongest abilities), and there is nothing to stop you from saving some Ability Points to invest into it right away.
Now, let’s get you started on your journey and equip you with some useful tips to help you in the process.
Knighthood Challenges
You will be able to view your Knighthood task list as soon as you complete your first patrol in Gotham City on any of the characters. After that, you can open up the Batcomputer at any time to view the list under the Challenges tab.
Here is what you will need to complete for each character you want to unlock the Knighthood Skill Tree for:
- Timed Strike Training — Complete Timed Strike Training
- One Step Ahead — Stop 10 Premeditated Crimes
- Against All Odds — Defeat 3 Minibosses
Note that you may already have “Timed Strike Training” completed if you did some of the Training Challenges independently.
These challenges are pretty easy to complete on any character, if a little time-consuming. Minibosses are available throughout the city, and so are Premeditated Crimes (though, this task may take the longest). And the training objective is the easiest of the three, available for you at any time from the Belfry.
Timed Strike Training
Complete the Time Strike Training 0/1
Chances are, you may have already completed this Challenge on your most played character. This is by far the easiest step of the three, and all you need to do to get started on it is walk up to the wooden dummy in the Belfry to enter the Training Area.
One Step Ahead
Stop Premeditated Crimes 0/10
This step might take you the longest, since you will need to collect some clues before you can unlock a Premeditated Crime. All it really takes is defeating the enemies in the game to fill up a bar in your menu and then returning to Belfry to turn these in.
There are a couple of ways to speed this process up: try marking your opponents while you are still unseen before you begin a fight — you can always try interrogating mobs marked by a question mark to gather some more clues. Likewise, you can follow up on GCPD scanner reports.
Regardless of the approach you decide to take, your goal will be to collect enough clues to unlock a Premeditated Crime location on your map which you can then complete once you leave the Belfry.
Against All Odds
Defeat Minibosses 0/3
Minibosses are fairly plentiful in the game: you will likely stumble upon them one way or another around the city. A quick way to do so is to locate some Random Crimes near you while you travel around the city — look for groups that feature a bigger enemy leader. Even if you defeat these as a part of a story mission, you will still get credit!
