A crystal tear formed slowly over the ages where the Erdtree’s bounty falls to the ground. Can be mixed in the Flask of Wondrous Physick. The resulting concoction temporarily raises all resistances and heals all status ailments.

Where to Find the Speckled Hardtear

Reward for defeating the Wormface boss, found at the foot of the Minor Erdtree on the Altus Plateau.
