Where to Find the Ash of War: Spectral Lance

This ash of war is found in the Academy of Raya Lucaria, in the cemetery beyond the bridge. You can drop down onto the loot beetle that carries this item by going to the tree left of the torch-lit doorway. See walkthrough for details on acquiring.
