Where to Find the Frozen Armament Sorcery

You can grab this from a loot beetle in Liurnia of the Lakes after you defeat Royal Knight Loretta in Caria Manor. The beetle sits on the road in between the exit from the Royal Moongazing Grounds site of grace and the Behind Caria Manor site of grace. From the Royal Moongazing Grounds, go out the northern doorway, then go northeast to hit the road, and follow the road southeast — you’ll soon see the loot beetle.
