Rivers of Blood + Uchigatana dual wield (level 100)

This build is designed for my friend who wants to duel wield Rivers of Blood with Uchigatana.
The build is focused around arcane due to rivers of blood scaling. Since arc is the main stat occult is used on uchi for best scaling.

Ritual sword if you play full HP and a dodge-based playstyle. Warrior jar shard (or alexander) for skill attack power.
millicent’s prosthesis if ng+

Higher levels means you can pump more faith to get blackflame blade (also crucial for higher levels of ng+) or golden vow incant (better than aow)

doing a ton of jumps? can switch rakshasa chestplate for raptors black feathers (10% jump attack boost), and ritual sword/shard for claw talisman (15% jump attack boost)

buff order: flask, Golden vow (aow or incant), howl of shabriri OR flame grant me strength (dont stack), seppuku, bloodflame blade
