Hello, today I would like to present you all this absolute foul nightmare that I cooked these past days. The main reason this build exists is to annoy people. Simply slap this build on, invade someone, and try to make them as mad as possible, both in-game and real life.

Obviously, this is not a strong build by any means; it is terrible in PvE and sucks if you want actual results in PvP, but I assure you, it will give you unlimited fun by messing with other people.

It is imperative that you try to customize the appearance of your character to closely resemble the Joker; also, spam the “Prattling pate lamentation” as often as possible.
