Charm is one of the Illithid Powers that you can get and use in the game. It is a passive feature that can be unlocked by investing points in the Second Rim Psionic Dominance skill tree.
The power works as follows: when an enemy attacks you, you can react and charm them, preventing them from attacking you further this turn. This ability is useful when it comes to dealing with enemies using physical attacks, whether it be long-range or short-range.
To use Charm, you need to select it in your list of Reactions. It is a recommended ability to prevent an enemy from attacking you.
