Known in the community as “Turtle Pope”, this NPC is the only character that you can give both prayerbooks (incantations) and scrolls (sorceries), and this — combined with his convenient location — makes him the best person to give all spell-related key items.

Where to Find Miriel

Miriel is found in Liurnia of the Lakes, inside the Church of Vows, where players can spend a Celestial Dew at the altar to absolve themselves of sin (resetting NPC aggro).
