All of the Banished Knight Armor pieces may drop from Banished Knight enemies — however only the ones wearing the Banished Knight Armor (with no cape) can drop the Banished Knight Armor (Altered). Fortunately, that’s most of the Banished Knights.

Stormveil Castle
Cathedral of Dragon Communion, in southern Caelid
Crumbling Farum Azula
Castle Sol, in the Mountaintops of the Giants.
