Void Monarch

Maximus, The Void Monarch

There are warriors.
There are legends.
And then there is Maximus—a being spoken of in the same breath as extinction.

Born a Drow beneath the Dark Urge, Maximus was shaped to erase, not to protect. Destruction came as naturally to him as breath, and for a time, the world paid the price. Gods noticed. Powers whispered. Fate bent around his presence—because it had to.

What none of them expected was resistance.

Maximus did not reject power.
He mastered it.

Clad in silence and resolve, the Void Monarch wields a massive two-handed weapon with impossible speed, each swing precise, inevitable, and final. His strikes feel less like attacks and more like corrections—reality snapping back into a shape he has already chosen. Where he stands, the battlefield ceases to be chaotic. It becomes ordered.

He knows magic from every school, but favors those that define control rather than spectacle. Illusion bends perception. Enchantment bends will. Necromancy commands what refuses to stay buried. Abjuration denies enemy intent. Conjuration reshapes positioning itself. And through Divination, Maximus peers beyond the present—reading probability, trimming futures, sculpting destiny like temporal clay until only the most favorable outcome remains.

Enemies think they are fighting him.

They are fighting the version of the battle he already won.

His paladin’s crown anchors him to responsibility—not to law, but to consequence. The sword bard’s mastery gives his violence flow and inevitability, every movement deliberate, every decision layered with intent. And beneath it all, the wizard’s mind calculates relentlessly, never acting on impulse, never wasting motion, never leaving chance unaccounted for.

Maximus is heroic—but not sentimental. Mercy is granted when it strengthens the future. Punishment is delivered when evil threatens to persist. He does not rage. He does not posture. He ends things that should not be allowed to continue.

Gods fear him not because he hates them—

—but because he understands them.

They call him Maximus the Void Monarch, not because he seeks divinity’s fall,
but because when a god becomes evil…
the Void Monarch is what comes next.

He is not merely powerful.

He is absolute power, restrained by will, guided by foresight, and unleashed only when the world cannot survive any other answer.

[You need to scribe Haste, Animate Dead, Confusion, Conjure Elemental, and Hold Monster in order to complete The Void Monarch]
