Use the Elemental Weapon from the Drakethroat Glaive to enchant the Charge Bound Warhammer with Thunder Damage, which activates the Ring of Spiteful Thunder.

Carry bottles of water and throw them at enemies to create water or cast Create Water to then double damage from Lightning or Call Lightning.
