RPing Direction:
Baptized by Selune, forged by Shar, Shadowheart has a walked a path of light and darkness, and bathed in water and flame. From this, she has found a strange unity and a wisdom that can only come to those who know the edges of the elemental spectrums. This wisdom brings clarity, one that neither darkness nor light can blind her from her, for she is their shared master.
Combat Tips:
- Fiery Return allows for an additional bonus action after dealing Fire damage with a spell. Very useful for casting healing spells or additional uses of Dazzling Ray.
- Normally, Fiery Return and continued uses of Dazzling Ray would burn you, but Damp Aegis negates that.
- While standing on water in combat, several things can happen 1. The water will become electrified, dealing lightning damage to everyone in it, but Shadowheart will be immune because Spark Blocker. Be mindful of when party members. 2. Shadowheart will heal if she starts her turn on Water because of Watery Rejuvenation.
- Spark Blocker and Temperature Adjustment neutralize the vulnerabilities of Damp Aegis.
- Several spells have Saving Throws which trigger Arcane Vampirism if failed.
- The Strength from Handmaiden’s Mace allows you to carry a bunch of Barrels of Water, to either supplement Create Water or create/connect additional Water surfaces.
- If you ever have the chance, place Guardian of Faith on the edge of a Globe of Invulnerability. It will attack incoming enemies without losing health like it normally would from doing so.
- This build is generally aimed towards an aggressive form of support by providing AOE spells and summons that zone off parts of the battlefield. Along with harming enemies, this will also force them to move towards or away from characters.
- Additionally, there is a decent amount buffs and debuffs to further provide ideal conditions for the rest of the party.
