This Shadowheart build is made for a companion only not an origin playthrough. If you intend on making this your origin character and give her the hags hair and stuff, this might change slightly. Leveling path is essentially the same, just for the first feat at level 5 I would pick dual Wielder instead, that way you can use two longswords like phalar aluve or larathian’s wrath or the adamantine longsword. Once you get to act two and buy two thorn blades from Dammon, you can respec and change that to savage attacker instead. I choose savage attacker first over an ASI to help make sure her attacks are as high as possible since this build will not gain an “extra attack”. Her offhand attack will function as a pseudo extra attack. If you feel like youre doing enough damage at level 9 with only one ASI taking her to 18 dex, then you can use the last feat for something like mage slayer to help get another attack if someone in her melee range casts a spell. That or war caster to gain advantage on keeping concentration which will be important for the thorn blades to keep up their poison damage. There ultimately are different ways you can build her Feats. Take into consideration if you do the mirror of loss and boost her Dexterity you may not need the ASI’s and can focus on other Feats like mage slayer and war caster. This ultimately is up to you to decide.
