Ice sorcerer Defensive variant

NOTE!: shadowheart cannot ever get ‘patriar’s memory’ (+1 CHA from mirror of loss)
use different character for ice sorcerer (just swap minthara and shadowheart?)

Ice sorcerer: Convert some spellslots for more twin casting of ray of frost.
Hower make sure to keep 3 level three spellslots for 5* casts of haste per long rest (keep 12 sorcery point usage in mind for this). All other sorcerer points are more or less entirely intended to be used for twin casting ray of frost.
*Restore a third level spellslot with pear power amulet after the first combat encounter in which haste is used. and use ilithid freecast for a spellslot and sorcery point free twinned haste as well. (thus a total of only 4 third level spellslots and 12 sorcery points required for 5 cast of twinned haste).

example in combat round:

use oath of vengeance’s inquistior’s might bonus action on a martial ally (for massive damage boost)

use action #1 on twinned ray of frost or ice storm

use action#2 on twinned ray of frost

TODO:

make first level of wizard the middle first level of a class (to avoid ilithid power/scroll/item DC being int dependant)
