Darkness/Resonance stone party ready Gale.

Gear is largely slottable, makes a good Phalar/Resonance Stone carrier, only real “Mandatory” piece is the Boots of Striding. Expeditious Retreat is an easy enabler for the Boots and will act as a bait for things to try and hit you. Get a cleric to cast Warding Bond on you. Bonespike Garb reduces incoming damage by 2 before the Warding Bond resulting in 44 damage absorbed at max level/stacks.
