This build allows you to get the full synchronization for poison.

Diadem of Arcane Synergy adds +4 to your weapon attacks.
The Handmaidens Maces sets Strength to 18 giving +4 to damage.

Titanbow adds Strength to damage, With Diadem and proficiency bonus it gets a +18 to damage.

This triggers Broodmothers Revenge to increase damage by 1D6 poison.

Poisoners robe and Regeneration Ring provide 1D4 healing each respectively.
Poisoners Gloves and the Stormy Boots provide statuses to de-buff the enemy when you apply poison and reverberation.
