each e blast produces 6 reverb (if you have shriek active and in range) to prone a target, if e blast crits they are frightened and miss turn, coruscation for added debuff

coruscation can be swapped for callous glow, in which case phalar can be swapped for a different crit lowerer, like bloodthirst

fight opener: shriek -> hex -> action surge -> e blast all targets
