Astarion Gloom Assassin Sniper

This is a sniper crit build that is good at stealth, dungeon exploring, and ranged damage. In the first round of combat, you should use Misty Step or leap to a high vantage point, and pick off the priority targets with 3 shots that all have advantage and auto-crit. If the fight goes to a round 2, use Disengage to create a smoke cloud and keep shooting.

Your normal Attack Roll is +14, your Crit Range is 17-20, your normal damage is 22 to 29 for each shot, and you can easily have advantage on every attack you make. That’s not even including extra damage from Sneak Attack or Broodmother’s Revenge.
