The Stone Coffin Fissure is a sprawling legacy dungeon hidden at the southern tip of the Cerulean Coast, where players can find St. Trina and progress Thiollier’s questline. The dungeon is filled with Bloodfiends, Gravebirds, Stone Worms, and treacherous platforming sections on floating coffins, all lending a surreal, dreamlike atmosphere. Early on, players can claim the Velvet Sword of St. Trina. A series of precarious coffin bridges serve as battlegrounds against Stone Worms that fire devastating laser attacks. The dungeon’s later sections introduce skeleton ambushes, firebombing enemies, and a spectral duel with the powerful Misbegotten Crusader, who drops the potent Multilayered Ring of Light spell.

At its heart lies the Putrescent Knight, a twisted and decayed warrior guarding St. Trina’s chamber. Defeating the Putrescent Knight grants the Remembrance of Putrescence, and beyond the boss arena, players will find St. Trina herself in a secluded flower-filled grotto. Here, players can imbibe her nectar several times, a fatal act that advances Thiollier’s storyline, culminating in a personal duel with him and unlocking his St. Trina’s Smile talisman. Returning after the final boss rewards players with St. Trina’s Blossom, the final piece of her enigmatic legacy. Whether for its hauntingly beautiful scenery, unique loot, or its tie to one of the most mysterious figures in Elden Ring, Stone Coffin Fissure is an essential and unforgettable dungeon.
