Where to Find the Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman

Found in Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree, in the room above the Haligtree Roots site of grace. From the Drainage Channel site of grace, head outside and go north, making your way across the roots and buttresses until you can drop into a roof.
