Where to Find the Bull-Goat Set

You can earn the entire Bull-Goat set as part of Patches questline. Once you have done the first Volcano Manor assassination mission, you can get an assassination mission from Patches, who should also be at Volcano Manor if you have been following his questline.

Receiving the Letter to Patches will unlock a red invasion sign you can use to fight Great Horned Tragoth. The invasion sign will appear near the Ruin Strewn Precipice Overlook site of grace in Liurnia of the Lakes (the sign will be marked on your map). Defeat Tragoth to acquire the Bull-Goat set.
