After completing Sorceress Sellen’s questline by siding with her, Azur’s Glintstone Crown will appear (along with the rest of his set) where Primeval Sorcerer Azur used to be — just a few steps due south of the Primeval Sorcerer Azur site of grace in Mt. Gelmir.
