In the Starfield gameplay reveal during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase for 2022 we were able to get a glimpse of the in depth character customization options.

During the reveal Todd Howard called it their most flexible character creator yet with the ability to customize all the elements of how you look including:

Body Style
Walk Style
Skin Tone
Head Shape
Hair
etc
