Enter this building to start the quest.

Inside the building, there will be a man observing the art and occasionally making critical comments of it. Speak to him and offer to pick up his new artwork.

After talking to Samson, head out the door opposite the landing pad and walk left into the elevator. Select “The Well” as your destination.

Inside The Well, go down the short flight of stairs and head left through the alleyway. At the end of the alley turn right and enter the Trade Authority building on the left. Speak to Zoe Kaminski at the desk and request the artwork. Alternatively, you can purchase the artwork from her shop if you want to waste some money.

With the artwork in hand, head back through the alley and enter the elevator. Return to the store and talk to Samson. He’ll accept the art and provide you a life lesson on helping suspicious men in art stores. Quest complete!

Hopefully, we get to interact with Samson more in the future. Did you realize that Samson might not have been a legitimate art dealer when you first talked to him? Let us know in the comments below!

She mentioned a trade authority person. I would LOVE to be able to talk to the person she’s “not afraid of” because she’s “totally legit”, so I can pass this art off to her, and see if anything happens.
