Neon is a pleasure city constructed on a fishing platform. The headquarters of Ryujin Industries is located in the city.

Neon is located on an unidentified aquatic planet in the Volii system.

The city was built by the Xenofresh Corporation as a fishing platform. They discovered that one of the fish on the planet had unique psychotropic effects. This fish is now used to create the drug Aurora, which is illegal everywhere except Neon.

I love RPGs, sandboxes, survival, and sim games. Anything that lets me build and decorate or just has a really good story. I've spent hundreds of hours in Bethesda games and even more time modding them. I also play a lot of World of Warcraft.
