1	All ship systems repair 10% faster.	8 points in tier 1-2 Tech skills
2	Ship systems have 25% increased damage mitigation.	Challenge: Use 5 ship repair kits.
3	All ship systems repair 25% faster.	Challenge: Use 10 ship repair kits.
4	Occasionally, repairing one block of a system will repair the entire system.	Challenge: Use 15 ship repair kits.
