Space is both vast and dangerous, and the ability to push a ship’s engine to increase speed can be done safely and effectively, with the right training.

Rank	Description	Unlocked by
1	Your ship’s top speed is increased by 10%.	4 points in tier 1 Tech skills
2	Ship boosts last longer and the cooldown is shorter.	Challenge: Boost 5 times with your spaceship while in combat.
3	Your ship’s top speed is increased by 20%	Challenge: Boost 25 times with your spaceship while in combat.
4	While boosting, all enemies disengage the player and can only reacquire them as a target after the player stops boosting.	Challenge: Boost 50 times with your spaceship while in combat.
