With the release of Phantom Liberty, we not only got a great new story, a new area in the form of Dogtown, and an uplift to the skill perks, but we also received a whole smorgasbord of iconic guns, too! While most of these items aren’t exceptionally difficult to come across (a gig here and a few dead chooms there), some are properly hidden. Let’s go through them, show their stats, and where to find them.
Note that this list is in alphabetical order, yet if you are looking for a particular gun, then using the “Contents” button to the right might be quicker.
This power shotgun can be found in random airdrops throughout Dogtown. To see where we found it, and get some tips on the more hard to locate air drops, check out our guide on How to Get the Techtronika Weapons.
Ambition – Tech Pistol
First off, you will have to do the gig, Prototype in the Scraper. At the end of the gig, you will have to let the prisoner go by either lying that he’s been taken care of, or by taking the option to call Mr. Hands and negotiate. If the prisoner lived, then he will contact you later on for the mission, Go Your Own Way. You’ll meet Hasan, and he’ll give you the weapon.
Bald Eagle – Power Revolver
This power revolver can be looted off of Hansen during the main Phantom Liberty quest line. You will confront him during the mission, Firestarter.
Borzaya – Power Sniper Rifle
This power sniper can be found in random airdrops throughout Dogtown. To see some tips on finding these Techtronika weapons, and get some help on the more hard to locate air drops, check out our guide on How to Get the Techtronika Weapons.
Carmen Power Assault Rifle
Players need to finish the side mission, Balls to the Wall, to be rewarded with this weapon. Note: towards the end of the mission, the player has to help Paco and Babs by making the dialogue choice “See if I can’t call in some favors. Could work somethin’ out.”
There are reports of the mission being bugged and not populating or glitching and making it unable for players to continue. If this happens, you can check with the black market vendor, Herold Lowe, in the EBM Petrochem Stadium to see if he is selling the weapon.
Cheetah – Power Pistol
Players can find this weapon during the mission, No Easy Way Out. Note: you have to side with Aaron during the mission and force Angie into a shootout at Damir’s Clinic. The weapon can be looted from her body.
Crimestopper Smart Pistol
Players can loot this weapon from a suitcase during the gig, The Heaviest of Hearts.
Dezerter – Power (Double-Barrel) Shotgun
You can find the Dezerter during the gig, Addicted to Chaos. You have to spare Leon Rinder at the end of the mission and loot the stash that he gives you the code to enter. The weapon is in a case in the stash.
Erebus – Power SMG
Players can craft this difficult-to-obtain weapon during the Phantom Liberty main story. You have to side with Reed and do the mission, Somewhat Damaged. During the mission, you must ask Mr. Hands for Help, accept Yoko’s offer, find the gun’s blueprints, and loot the Behavioral System Compnent from the robot. Then after a day, you can follow the prompts and craft the weapon yourself. If this isn’t clear, please go to our guide, How to Get Erebus and Militech Canto MK.6.
Gris-Gris – Tech Revolver
Players can find this weapon in Slider’s Hideout Storage Room during the main mission, The Damned. Note: players will need to have grabbed the key to the hideout during the previous gig, Treating Symptoms, which would’ve been on a desk by a computer.
Guillotine x-MOD2 – Power SMG
Players can find this SMG in The Longshore Stacks in Dogtown. The room is up high on the north side of The Stacks. The door to the room can only be opened with level 20 Body attribute, but players can also shoot the window and grab the gun.
Hawk – Power Assault Rifle
After the first couple mission of the main Phantom Liberty quest line, you will be with the President in a rundown apartment. After she leaves the apartment, after the mission, Lucretia my Reflection, she’ll leave this iconic assault rifle behind, leaned up against the wall near the door to the apartment. You can go grab it anytime after the mission, it will still be there.
Her Majesty – Power Pistol
This power pistol is given to the player during the main Phantom Liberty story missions. Specifically, it’s acquired during the mission, Get it Together.
Hercules 3AX – Smart Assault Rifle
Players can find this rifle during the gig, Road to Redemption. It will be in the armory, which can be found while en route to the production area.
Kappa x-MOD2 – Smart Pistol
Players can find this pistol after completing the gig, Spy in the Jungle. You will be given the location of a stash if you didn’t kill the spy at the end. The stash is by the big statue that has its legs up in the air and a ball between them. To open the stash (a metal sheet door with a yellow circle spray-painted on it) you will need a Body level of 10. The weapon is in a backpack at the stash.
Kyubi x-MOD2 – Power Assault Rifle
Go to the Golden Pacific fast-travel point, then head south. You’ll find a murky pool of water, the weapon can be found under the water.
Laika – Tech Revolver
The Laika Revolver can be found randomly in the airdrops around Dogtown. It is part of a set, and we already have a guide up for the others, How to Get the Techtronika Weapon Set.
Mancinella – Power Revolver
After finishing the mission, Run this Town, the player will receive this revolver from Mr. Hands.
NDI Osprey – Power Sniper Rifle
The NDI Osprey is sitting in the hideout armory at the start of the mission, Birds with Broken Wings.
Ogou Smart Pistol
Players can find this pistol during the gig, Treating Symptoms. You will have to loot it off of Robot R.
Ol’ Reliable – Power Revolver
Players can get this weapon from the mission, Shot by both Sides. It is found on Dante’s body after he is killed.
Order – Tech Shotgun
Players can purchase this shotgun at the black market vendor, Herold Lowe, in the EBM Petrochem Stadium.
Pariah – Tech Pistol
Players can get Solomon Reed’s pistol by killing him. To do this, you must side with Songbird throughout the main Phantom Liberty missions. At the end of the mission, The Killing Moon, you have to choose the dialogue options:
“(Pick up Songbird)”
“(Lay Songbird down and confront Solomon Reed)”
“Can’t let you take her”
“(Draw Weapon)”
After which, you will fight Solomon Reed to the death.
Pizdets Smart SMG
Players can find this SMG during the gig, Spy in the Jungle. You will find it on the boss, after you defeat him in the museum.
Pozhar x-MOD2 – Power Shotgun
Go to the Kress Street fast-travel point. To the south is an orange crane, jump on it and walk across its lift to a tower. There you will be able to drop into a room filled with trash. There is a locked door here that won’t open unless you come between the hours of 4 AM and 5 AM.
Raiju – Tech SMG
This tech smg can be found at a criminal activity in Dogtown. Go through the entire underground tunnel, to the boss at the end. Defeat the boss, grab his key, then loot the secure room at the end.
Rasetsu – Tech Sniper Rifle
The player will steal this sniper during the main Phantom Liberty story line, specifically during the mission, You Know My Name.
Riskit – Power Pistol
Players can get this weapon from the mission, Shot by both Sides. It is found on the table by Bree, at the end of the mission.
Rosco – Power Revolver
Can be looted from Dodger’s body after killing him at the end of the gig Waiting on Dodger.
Sparky – Power Sniper Rifle
This axe is on the boss of one of the criminal activities in Dogtown. Three of these criminal activities won’t show up on your map unless you grab the file from the Hideout under Alex’s bar. If you don’t know that area, then continue the main story missions for Phantom Liberty.
Take out the criminals at their hideout; you will have to fight a big drone. Then you will be given a marker for the storage room where they stashed all the good stuff. The sniper will be in a case on top of a crate.
Taigan – Power Revolver

Umbra x-MOD2 – Power Assault Rifle
Go to the Terra Cognita fast-travel point, then head north till you find the ‘Wild Blue’ building. Come to this location between 4 AM and 5 AM and the door will open. You’ll find the rifle inside.
Wild Dog – Power Light Machine Gun
This power revolver can be looted off of Hansen during the main Phantom Liberty quest line. You will confront him during the mission, Firestarter.
