If you’re playing as Emily, there are some Lagniappes that you can only get on her play through. The Toe Tag is one such collectible item. The story behind it provides a substantial amount of background into who Emily is and her motivations. This guide will uncover the Lagniappe’s location, its set, and the rewards it unlocks.

Toe Tag Lagniappe Location

The Toe Tag Lagniappe can only be found as Emily, and is in the Flooded Morgue during Chapter 4. When playing through chapter 4 as Emily, you will eventually discover the fate of her husband. You can grab the Lagniappe immediately after the touching cutscene in the Flooded Morgue (Image 1). If you turn back around to the corpse that was in the cutscene, the Toe Tag will be on their… toe (Image 2).
