How to Solve the Stellarium Puzzle – Alone in the Dark

You will need to align the stars in the Stellarium during an intermission in your fight with Jacob van Ostadte at the very end of Chapter 4 of Alone in the Dark. This guide will help you do just that.

Solving the Puzzle

Once you’ve dealt with Jacob’s humanoid form, head up the stairs leading to the Stellarium (Image 1). It’s quite hard to see, but there’s a tight lid up there (Image 2). Use your sacrificial dagger on it (Image 3), then insert your talisman in the opening (Image 4).

After you do that, you’ll get a bird’s eye view of the Stellarium, and will be tasked with aligning the stars. Your goal there is to complete the Taurus constellation and adequately illuminate it. To align the stars, do the following:

Rotate the outer section twice to the right
Rotate the middle section four times to the right
Rotate the inner section twice to the left
