Official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter Posts Mysterious Transmission, Reveals Launch Party

Even days away from launch, CD Projekt Red continues to tantalize fans, this time with a strange, brief tweet containing what appears to be a voicemail from female V.

Hey it’s me, just got word of a fresh job coming up, but, I’m gonna need some help to do this one right. I’ll send the details soon but, be ready, OK? Sounds like it is going to be big.

The #Cybernight hashtag in the tweet hinted at what was to come, and later tweets confirmed the official launch party for Cyberpunk 2077, which will be held at 12AM CET on December 10th (6PM EST December 9th). @TwitterGaming is teaming up with the official Cyberpunk 2077 team for a night that is set to include developer Q&A, “exclusives”, and more surprises yet to be revealed.

What form these exclusives will take has not been revealed; possibilities range from unique in-game cosmetics or items, to Twitch emotes or digital media. Given the mysterious message from V that was first posted, it’s also possible there is some kind of special quest only accessible if you participate in Cybernight — but there’s nothing to confirm any of our guesses so far. You’ll just have to tune in on release night to find out for yourself!
