Playing as Edward, you’ll find it in a hut on a side path as you’re moving towards the bridge where Grace is sitting in Chapter 4.

Playing as both Emily and Edward, you’ll find it inside the Grand Parlor when it becomes a Jazz club briefly in Chapter 4. It will be on the floor behind the counter. Just make sure to grab it before you head into the basement.

Completing A Goat Without Horns set will grant you a Secret Objective – The Tree Whispers – that will ask you to make an offering at the Whispering Tree. At this point, we’re still figuring out how to complete this objective. We’ll update this article once we do.
