This is an amazing Cyberware that can be helpful in any dangerous encounter. If an attack will kill you, the Second Heart will instead heal you to full health!

How to Get Second Heart

The Second Heart is easy to obtain, as it can be bought at any Ripperdoc after level 30. The tier you can purchase it at will increase at level 40.

Best Uses for Second Heart

As this Cyberware gives you a safety net, it can be useful for literally any build. However, melee builds that are more prone to take damage in close quarters will potentially get more use from this.

High Body builds will get extra use from this Cyberware, as they will get some extra health for each point invested.

Build Combinations for the Second Heart

A great build that would work with this Cyberware would be something similar to our Full Explosives Build. Not only will you take a lot of damage with this build, but it even encourages hurting yourself with your explosives — the Second Heart will be a great backup in case you accidentally go too far in taking damage.

An excellent Cyberware to pair with the Second Heart can be either the Newton Module or Axolotl. Both will lower the cooldown of the Second Heart’s effect every time you neutralize an enemy, allowing you to have the safety net more often. It’s worth noting that the Axolotl has better cooldown reduction than the Newton Module.
