Overview

The Reflex Tuner could be a great tool to get you out of tight situations. When you get low on health, this Cyberware will slow down time briefly, allowing you to either make an escape or take out some enemies before they take you out.

How to Get Reflex Tuner

The Reflex Tuner is easy to obtain, as they can be purchased at any Ripperdoc. The tier you can purchase them at will increase at every 10 levels.

Best Uses for Reflex Tuner

As this is a general purpose Cyberware and has a really cheap cost to equip, so it can fit well with just about any build. However, close range builds would probably get more out of it, since they will tend to take more damage than builds that keep their distance.

High Cool builds will get some extra bonuses on top, as it will slightly increase their headshot and weakspot damage for each point invested.

Build Combinations for the Reflex Tuner

If you want to make a quick escape when you’re at low health (or hit multiple enemies with a melee weapon), the Threatevac will pair great with the Reflex Tuner — both of their effects activate at the same health threshold (25%), so you can get an extra speed boost once time slows down. A perk that also has the same threshold as these is the Borrowed Time Perk in the left side of the Technical Ability tree, and this will allow you to instantly use a Health Item when the Cyberware procs (if you have no charges ready at the time).

If you want to be more offensive with the effect, you can pair this with the Heal-On-Kill to help get your health back while taking out enemies during the slowed time.

The Newton Module or Axolotl are great to pair with this, since they will keep the Reflex Tuner’s cooldown low, allowing you to get more uses out of it.
