Overview

The Microrotors are a great Cyberware for anyone using melee weapons. This will increase the speed of your melee attack speed, allowing you to keep the pressure on enemies.

How to Get Microrotors

The Microrotors are easy to obtain, as they can be purchased at any Ripperdoc. The tier you can purchase them at will increase at every 10 levels.

Best Uses for Microrotors

The Microrotors is a general purpose Cyberware that can be used in a wide variety of melee builds — if it uses a melee weapon as one of the primary forms of damage, it can make good use of this.

High Reflexes builds will get an extra benefit from the Microrotors, as it will slightly increase your Crit Chance for each point invested.

Build Combinations for Microrotors

It’s important to know that the Microrotors can’t boost your melee attack speed above 2 attacks per second. Because of this, this is better paired with slower weapons rather than ones that have a naturally high attack speed.

This Cyberware can pair well with the Adrenaline Booster, as the extra attack speed from the Microrotors can let you gain Stamina quicker. You can also add the Dense Marrow Cyberware to this combo, making your melee attacks stronger at the cost of a higher Stamina cost (but the Adrenaline Booster can help counteract this). If you’re using a Blade, you can combine Microrotors with the Stabber Cyberware to take more advantage of the increased Crit Chance.

Depending on which melee weapon you use, there are a few different Perks that will pair well with the Microrotors:

These perks reduce your stamina cost (helpful when your attacks are faster), or improve your attack speed further — for example, after a Finisher with Flash of Steel.
