The Biomonitor is a great Cyberware for any combat situation. Not only will it automatically use your equipped healing item when your health goes under half, but it will increase their healing effect.

How to Get Biomonitor

The Biomonitor is easy to obtain, as it can be purchased at any Ripperdoc. The tier you can purchase it at will increase at every 10 levels.

Best Uses for Biomonitor

With the Biomonitor’s use of providing easy healing, it’s a great Cyberware to use on literally any build. Builds that focus on close combat might get more use out of it since they’ll generally get damaged more and lose Health quicker, however.

This item will be even more effective in high Technical Ability builds, as it will passively increase the efficiency of your Health Item for every point invested.

Build Combinations for the Biomonitor

On the left side of the Technical Ability tree, there are several Perks that will let your Health Item charges recover faster, allowing more use of the Biometer. Glutton for War and Borrowed Time will allow you to instantly restore portions of a Health Item charge, while First Aid, Health Freak, and Pyromania will increase the recharge speed of them.
