How to Fill the Oxygen Bladder

Filling an Oxygen Bladder requires an Oxite Dissolver. There are four slots in the Oxite Dissolver’s inventory for Oxygen Bladders: dragging an Oxygen Bladder from your inventory into one of the Oxite Dissolver’s slots will cause it to be filled after a few moments — assuming your Oxite Dissolver is also supplied with Oxite and Sulfur ore.

Nope, your Oxygen is safe! The Waterskin does leak, so it’s reasonable to wonder if the Oxygen Bladder does as well.
