A 3D-printed red mask that can be used to pacify some cannibals, and keep them from attacking.

Where to Find the Red Mask

The red mask is actually a very easy item to require, because you can simply craft it at a 3D printer. Head to the bunker where you can acquire the chainsaw, or guest keycard, and as soon as you go into the bunker, there will be a 3D printer (1). To craft the mask, you will need 150 ml of printer resin loaded into the printer (2).

How to Use the Red Mask

The red mask is a way for the player to disguise themselves among the cannibals. If it is equipped and held up to the player’s face (and the cannibals aren’t already hostile), then the player can walk around the cannibals without being attacked. The big caveat is that, unlike the gold mask, this mask will not work on the cannibal leaders who wear gold masks. If you’re using either mask to loot enemy camps, be careful, because you cannot pick up items without lowering the mask and revealing yourself.
