Where to Get Feathers

You can get feathers by building a Bird House, or by killing birds. It’s easy to find seagulls near the shore and take them out with a ranged weapon. However, make sure you don’t shoot them until they land, or until they are at least fairly close to the ground — otherwise, it will be difficult to collect the feathers.
