Kimahri’s Overdrive is called Ronso Rage, and as the game’s Blue Mage, the Ronso Rages are abilities from enemies you encounter throughout the game.
How to Learn a Ronso Rage
Kimahri learns Ronso Rages through the use of his ability Lancet. While Lancet’s normal effect is to drain the HP and MP from an enemy, when used on certain enemies, Kimahri will learn one of their attacks as a new Ronso Rage. Once learned, he can use the ability when his Overdrive bar is full. It should be noted that while every character can learn Lancet through the Sphere Grid, only Kimahri can learn Ronso Rages with it.

All in One Spot
If you do not want to search for the various monsters to learn these Ronso Rages, or you miss any during your playthrough, you can learn the majority of them in a single battle. When you get to Mt. Gagazet, you will have a battle with Biran and Yenke Ronso using only Kimahri.
You can learn every Ronso Rage from these two enemies except for Bad Breath and Nova. From Biran Ronso you can learn Self-Destruct, Thrust Kick, Doom and Mighty Guard, while Yenke Ronso teaches Fire Breath, Stone Breath, Aqua Breath and White Wind. Note that for White Wind and Mighty Guard, you have to wait until the respective Ronso uses the move before you can learn it.
Learning all of Kimahri’s Overdrives will give you the achievement ‘Learning!’.
