Lulu’sCelestial Weapon is the Onion Knight. Obtaining and upgrading the weapon requires some exploring and lightning dodging, and is considered one of the hardest weapons in the game to fully realize.
Fully upgrading the Onion Knight grants you the passive effects Break Damage Limit, Triple Overdrive, Magic Booster, and One MP Cost, and will allow Shiva to break the damage limit. The weapon’s damage scales with Lulu‘s MP, doing 100% damage at max MP
Obtaining Onion Knight
After gaining the Celestial Mirror, the Onion Knight can be found in Baaj, but the location must first be unlocked. To do so, go to the airship menu and click on the ‘search’ option. From there, search the coordinates ‘x14, y57’ and the location will unlock.
Once there, dive into the water and swim North, and you will trigger a boss fight against Geosgaeno. As long as you have ‘Stone Ward’ or ‘Stoneproof’ on your party’s armor, the fight is really straightforward. Once you defeat him, the weapon will be hidden in the Southern part of this area.
Venus Crest and Venus Sigil Locations
The Venus Crest can be found in the Farplane. It will show up any time after Tidus mentions Seymour’s departure for Macalania Temple.
To get the Venus Sigil, you must go to the Thunder Plains, and dodge 200 consecutive lightning bolts. You must not leave the area or load your save while dodging lightning, or your count will start over. Something important to know is that the game will NOT tell you when you reach 200 lightning dodges, so you must keep track of this yourself. Once you dodged 200 bolts, go to the Travel Agency there, and the Sigil will be in a chest.
Lightning Dodge Trick
While accomplishing 200 lightning dodges requires a high amount of concentration and is arguably the hardest task in the game to accomplish, there is a trick that helps to make it easier. In the Southern section of the Thunder Plains, there is a crater just South of the Travel Agency next to a lightning tower. If you walk into this crater, you will force a lightning bolt. If you continuously walk into this, you will remove the random nature of the lightning bolt strikes, and be able to make your own pace to dodge them 200 times.

Once you have both the Crest and Sigil, take them to the altar in Macalania Woods to fully upgrade your Onion Knight.
