Where to Find the Firefighter’s Axe

The firefighter’s axe can be found in the same bunker as the maintenance keycard (1). You will need to have the shovel to unearth the hatch into the bunker. As soon as you’re through the hatch, head to the end of the long hallway, past the living area. You will find a storage area, and the firefighter’s axe is in a case on the wall (2).
