Where to Get Pal Fluids – Palworld

Pal Fluids are useful resources needed for building several items — namely Pal tools for Water Type Pals, and the Hot Spring. However, it might not be clear where exactly you can find these fluids. In this guide, we’ll go over where you can grab some, and eventually start farming it at your base.

Where to Get Pal Fluids

There are two ways to get Pal Fluids:

• As a drop from Pals
• Farm with a Kelpsea using a Ranch at your base

You will want to start with the first method, as Pals that drop Pal Fluids are easy enough to find. Once you are able to capture a Kelpsea, however, farming Pal Fluids at your base will be far more efficient.

Pals That Drop Pal Fluids

There’s a good amount of Pals that are able to drop Pal Fluids — namely, Water Type Pals. So if you want to get some early, the best thing to do is find as many Water Pals as possible.

A couple of examples of Water Type Pals you can find fairly early in the game are Pengullet and Teafant. If you want to double check if your chosen Water Pal will drop Pal Fluids, you can look at their entry in the Paldeck once you’ve captured one.

Once you have discovered one, you can check their habitat within the Paldeck menu by switching to the Habitat tab. Water Type Pals will tend to want to hang around near bodies of water, but can also be found inland. Head over to a well populated area in their habitat, and you will get all the Pal Fluids you need in no time!

How to Farm Pal Fluids

Once you’re able to, the far more efficient method of farming Pal Fluids would be to farm them at your base.

To do this, you will need 2 things:

• A Ranch at your base
• At least 1 Kelpsea assigned to that base

Building a Ranch in your farm is an easy step — you can build it as early as level 5, with 50 Wood, 20 Stone, and 30 Fiber.

After that, you will need to find a Kelpsea, as it is the only Pal with Work Suitability in Farming that can also produce Pal Fluids. Check the table in the previous section if you need to know where to find them.

Once you have acquired one and built a Ranch, your Kelpsea will give you an endless source of Pal Fluids. With this setup, you’ll be able to make Hot Tubs that all of your base Pals will appreciate!
