Where to Find Printed Grappling Hooks

Unlike other items that are hard to find, grappling hooks are fairly easy to acquire; all you have to do is print them at the 3D printer. They cost 100 ml of printer resin to make two hooks. Printer resin can be found at the location of the 3D printer or in supply crates.
