Where to Find Crafted Spears

In the current version of the game, there are no crafted spears to be found. Players must craft this weapon themselves in order to obtain it.

Recipe to Craft a Crafted Spear

Crafted Spear
- Duct Tape x1
- Stick x2
- Utility Knife (not consumed, but required to craft)

After getting the resources to craft it, the actual crafting can be done in the player’s inventory. Hover over each item and press / button xbox righttrigger to place them on the center mat, then select the gear in the top right of the crafting mat to combine them all.

How to Fish with the Crafted Spear

Aside from being a great early-game weapon, the crafted spear can also be used to catch fish in Sons of the Forest. The player needs to crouch next to where they can see fish in a stream or lake, and have the spear equipped. Then press the attack button to spear the fish. It is likely easier to just ask Kelvin to do the fishing for you, but this is an option for those more hands-on players.
