The Audio Log can be found in Chapter 3: Aftermath.

After gaining access to Laundry B202, you’ll come to a branching path at the end of the room. Go to the right, then continue through the area until you get to Office B112, where you can harvest Pruitt’s DATA-BIOS from his corpse.
